As a State Certified General Appraiser, California State Board of Equalization permanent appraiser, eight years as a local Government Real Property Agent and Right-of Way agent; Contracting Officer; former Chief Appraiser of a national lending institution and former real estate Broker, I have a wide variety of Real Estate Experience.

As Senior Appraiser, I have thorough understanding and experience appraising properties utilizing all three approaches to value. I have a wide variety of experience appraising and reviewing complex properties including agricultural, commercial, industrial and residential. Have experience appraising urban and rural properties for a variety of valuations purposes including purchase, sale, estate, divorce, easements, Right of Way and partial acquisitions interests (partition appraisals). I have experience in commercial lease contracting and negotiations. I perform appraisal reviews made by staff and contract appraisers to determine completeness and accuracy of reports. As a Field Inspector, I possess extensive knowledge of construction, architect-engineering submissions and provides onsite inspections of construction projects.
